Who Am I?
My name is Todd Walsh and I'm probably a lot like you. The only difference is I train my body to strength twice per week. If you have seen my bench press, legpress, deadlift and skull crusher video's you can see that I'm very strong. How did I get so strong? Well, here's the story, I got very sick when I was about 26 years old and after hospitalizations and medicines failed to help me, I resolved to help myself by getting healthy. I started with pushups and situps and gradually, over the course of a couple of years, started working with weights. I really wanted to get strong, really strong. So, I started doing some serious and extensive research.
